Our upstairs Function Room provides an ideal location for all your special family celebrations and is available to hire to both members and the public. The room is totally self-contained with its own bar and toilet facilities.

The large balcony provides relaxed outside seating and panoramic views across our beautiful course and the Oxfordshire countryside beyond.

We can arrange room decorations based on your theme and budget. The room can hold 120 people for buffet dining or 60 for full seating. We can recommend entertainment and our resident DJ is available to book for those wishing to dance the night away!!

Our hospitality team have a wealth of experience and will help you organise special days for all major family occasions – Christenings, Birthdays, Graduations, Engagements and Wedding Anniversaries.

Our clubhouse facilities are at your disposal and can be arranged in a number of seating options holding up to 150 people for a full sit down dinner. Our landscaped grounds offer the perfect setting for your photographs and our main terrace is ideal for accommodating guests before your meal commences.
Our experienced Hospitality staff can give ideas on your flowers, decorations and entertainment and will work with you to create a unique and memorable experience. Our Chef and Bar Manager will go through food and wine menus with you and offer.
